  2. Shipping and Delivery Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for any products purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 7. Returns and Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vexlonllc.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
