All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vexlonllc.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
